The focus of this research is to explore and discover different techniques and visual representatives of texture in fashion, and in particular – fabrics and materials. The intended aesthetics of this theme aims to emphasise the qualities and large variety of different surfaces, and to blend a thoughtful combination of form, pattern and texture. In addition to this, the research extends to printed matter and stimulating examples of layout and publications.
